Facts about calls to 0870 numbers on T-Mobile
Due to some confusion with the new T-Mobile offer, here is a list of the facts about international calls using your free minutes with T-Mobile on our 0870 access number.
- All T-Mobile Flext customers can now make international calls from their free minutes with our 0870 access number
- Current Flext customer need to call T-Mobile customer service and get this activated. It will not start a new contract, just enable their current contract to call our 0870 access number from their free minutes
- All Flext customers starting from the 1 April 2009 will automatically have our 0870 access number included in their free minutes
- You can only use half of your allowance to call the 0870 access number
- You will be charged 40p per minute once your allowance has finished
- All this information is available on T-Mobile's website
