Time of Day Routing
Once you've selected a phone number from Planet Numbers, you can add extra services such as 'Time of Day Routing'. This means you can specify the locations and times of day you wish to receive incoming calls.
Planet Numbers' Time of Day/Week plan offers you complete flexibility. Simply select your opening and closing times and our system will route calls as per your instruction. If it's outside your normal business hours, you can choose another destination for the calls to be routed to - be that a mobile, voicemail or an out of hours support line so you will never again miss another call.
You can control these times yourself with our Online Control Panel or you can get in contact with one of our helpful support team and we will do it for you.
