Conference Calling - Terms of service

By using Planet Numbers conference calls service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below:

Within the following terms of use, the words 'we', 'our' and 'us' are used to refer to Planet Numbers Ltd.

Planet Numbers conference is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However we cannot guarantee that our free conference call service will be free from technical faults 100% of the time.

We will take all reasonable actions to resolve faults on the Planet Numbers conference service which may arise within 4 hours of being notified of such faults. Planet Numbers shall not be liable to you for any failure of service, particularly since the service may be affected by circumstances out of our control, such as faults on a telecommunications network.

We cannot guarantee that the required participant capacity will be available 100% of the time. However we will take all possible action to expand the participant capacity should a situation like this arise.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims made against us by anyone due to the free conference call service being unavailable or faulty.

We may from time to time change the technical specification of the free conference call service. This may require planned or unplanned maintenance which could temporarily interrupt service. However this will usually be done out of normal working hours.

We may withdraw or suspend the Planet Numbers conference calls service without notice and at any time in the case of a breach of these terms of use or in the event of an emergency. You must not use our free conference call service for immoral, indecent, offensive, obscene, defamatory, menacing, malicious, fraudulent, illegal, or unlawful purpose. Misuse or suspected misuse of the service in this way shall be reported to the appropriate authorities.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the Room ID and PIN allocated to you when you initiate a conference call. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of these access numbers.

You shall not acquire any rights in relation to the telephone number used for your conference call, Room ID or PIN allocated to you, including any right to sell or transfer the codes to any third party.

If you have not used the Room ID and PIN within a 30 day period we reserve the right to reclaim your Room ID and PIN for re-allocation to another conference call. You may however re-apply at any time for the same or different numbers.

Information we hold about you will not be shared with any third party. We will only use them for the purposes of contacting you and identifying you when you contact us. You must only use the email system we provide for sending conference call invites for that sole purpose. The details and email addresses of any invited participants held within your address book will not be used by us for any purpose, or passed on to any third party.

We shall not be liable for any invitation emails that do not reach the intended recipient. We would recommend you inform all your participants to watch out for, and remove any blocking of any kind (if necessary) on emails from @planet-numbers.co.uk

The cost to dial the Planet Numbers conference call service will be comparable to the current call charges for that number type as charged by your individual telephone operator. These are subject to change in accordance with your telephone operator's terms of business.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms of use will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Planet Numbers website.
