Brief call plan descriptions
Callers to the service will hear an initial intro/welcome message as soon as they dial your number. Calls will then proceed to the next step of the service... more details.
This service directs calls to specific target numbers at specific times of the day - e.g. Office hours, out of hours, evenings and weekends... more details
The caller will hear an audio message giving out a series of options for the caller to select using their telephone keypad, for a specific department... more details
Divert Plans (hunt groups)
This solution diverts incoming calls to a secondary target number if the primary number is busy or unanswered after a set time period. Up to three different target numbers can be set to receive calls. Each of the virtual receptionist options will have its on individual divert plan.
Voicemail to Email
A call solution which relays voicemail messages to your email address. The messages are picked up via your email for you to play back. The messages are mailed in a .wav format.
With Call Manager, each of the Divert Plans will have Voicemail to Email which takes effect if all of the given target numbers are busy or unanswered.
They will all share a common audio message but the email addresses can be different for each option. There is a separate message for the out of hours voicemail, and this too can have a specific email address for the messages to be emailed to.

Incoming calls are queued if your lines are busy. Callers are played 'on hold' music, which you can select from. Alternatively you can record your own sales messages or 'comfort messages'. Callers are told periodically how long the queue is... more details
