How it works

Instead of just dialing the overseas number, call 0844 303 0666 first. Once connected you'll hear a dial tone. Now dial the full international phone number you wish to reach, starting with 00 as usual.

For example, to call a number in Christchurch, NZ, you would dial 0844 303 0666 then 0064 3 456789.

To end your call, hang up in the usual manner. To make another international call, just redial 0844 303 0666 .

Save 29.5p per minute vs BT

The call will appear on your bill in the normal way, but the number dialed will show as 0844 303 0666 . More importantly, instead of paying 31p per minute to call New Zealand via BT, you'll simply have paid 1.5p a minute ... all day, every day.

No sign-up or registration required - try it right now!

You don't need to register for the International Call Saver service, and there are no passwords, codes or PINs to remember. Just make a note of the number: 0844 303 0666 . There's no fee or annual service charge to pay. So why not try it out right now?

Too good to be true?

It sounds almost too good to be true, doesn't it? Perhaps you're thinking "Where's the catch?" Well, there isn't one! We're able to charge you only 1.5p a minute for every international call you make simply by diverting your call via our own internet network and therefore not having to pay for the use of BT's international telephone system.

International Call Saver even works when international call barring is activated on your phone; the phone thinks you're dialling a UK number ... which indeed you are!
