Universal International Freefone numbers (UIFN) come in the format: +800 XXXX XXXX, where "+" is the code for international dialling. In the UK this is "00" but in other countries this access code could be different. Calls to these numbers are delivered to your chosen UK business number(s) over BT's dedicated inbound network.

How 00800 Numbers work

When your customer phones your Universal International Toll-Free number his call is automatically (and instantly) redirected to whichever phone number you have given us. You can change this "destination" number as often as you want, for free. So even if you move office or you simply want the calls redirected to another phone for a short period, your international freephone number stays the same.

No extra lines or equipment to buy
