Our 0845 numbers are the most competitively priced in the UK. All we charge is a small one-off connection fee plus a low monthly service charge from £10, and that's it!

How 0845 numbers work

When your customer dials your 0845 number his call is automatically (and instantly) redirected to whichever phone number you have given us. You can change this "destination" number as often as you want, for free. So even if you move office or you simply want the calls redirected to another phone for a short period, your 0845 number stays the same.

BT Customers get free calls to 0845 numbers

When they call a Planet Numbers 0845 number, their call is included when signed up to an inclusive package (see BT together). Other callers will pay 2p per minute during the daytime (from 6am to 6pm), and just half a pence per minute at all other times.

That means you get a local presence on a nationwide scale, meaning customers will call you first. Because they pay just 2p a minute from anywhere in the British Isles, including Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. (from a BT landline - calls from other networks and mobiles may vary).

No extra lines to rent or equipment to buy

Rest assured that when you buy a Planet Numbers 0845 number, there is absolutely no requirement for extra phone lines or any equipment whatsoever. We simply divert the incoming calls to an existing number of your choice. Your phone will continue to receive calls on its original number as usual as well as the incoming 0845 calls, and can be used to make outgoing calls as normal.

0845 numbers from Planet Numbers have no incoming call charges

You pay no incoming call charges or any other extra charges whatsoever with Planet Numbers 0845 numbers. Other providers will charge you for every single call you receive. Take BT: they'll charge you 4p a minute for every 0845 call you receive. Receiving just 10 x 5 minute calls a day would cost over £700 per year in incoming call charges.
