To put it simply, Local Area Numbers give your business a phone number in an area where you don't have any actual premises.
For example, say you're based in Birmingham on an 0121 code. But you want to give the impression that you've got a London office. We give you an 0207 number for your customers to call, but it's automatically redirected to your Birmingham number.
Simple! And your customers are none the wiser.
Local Area Numbers mean you could have 'virtual' offices all over the UK.
In fact, there are 350 local STD codes to choose from, so you could use a variety of different numbers in your local press advertising, for example.
This means it's cheaper for your customers to call you and they believe they're calling a local company.
Naturally, we're not the only telecoms company who can supply Local Area Numbers. BT does them too but they'll sting you for a whopping £l;106 per quarter.
However, all we charge is a one-off £49 for connection (if you buy online), then just £10 per month, plus 3.5p per minute to receive calls.
And you can change the destination number that the local area number connects to as often as you like, for free.

We simply divert the incoming calls to an existing number of your choice. Your phone will continue to receive calls on its original number as usual as well as the incoming 'local' calls, and can be used to make outgoing calls as normal.
