During a conference call, if I need assistance what can I do?
Dial *0 and you will get live assistance from one of our operators.
Can I join a conference call from a mobile phone?
Yes - however please be aware of your surroundings. Background noise can be distracting for the other participants so please use the mute facility. Dial *6 to mute and then dial *6 again to unmute
How many people can I have in my conference call?
When a three-way call is not enough! There is no limit on the number of participants within a conference, however we suggest a maximum of 10 to maintain management and quality of the conference
What should I do if I lose my Chairperson codes?
Simply re-register online and new codes will be sent out. If you require the same codes please email customer support with details.
Will you bill me for using this service?
Our service is very cheap! You will not be sent a bill for this service as there are no rentals or set up fees. The call charge for dialling into the conference on 0871 246 0871 will appear on your current telephone bill (calls made to 0871 246 0871 will be charged at a National Rate 10p per minute at all times, when calling from a BT landline. If calling from a mobile phone, please check with your airtime provider, as rates vary.
