Buying an International Calling Card from Planet Numbers couldn't be any easier - Simply send the word PLANET to 68888 from your mobile phone, and we'll reply immediately with a unique PIN to access the service.

Now dial our access number: 0161 328 2820. You'll hear a quick greeting and your current calling balance. Now enter your international number starting with 00 as normal. Remember not to press send/call button again, or you may get charged for two calls, one to the 0161 access number, and one to the international number.

Once you've used up your £5 of calling credit, simply text us again for another £5 of calling credit. We will not automatically re-subscribe you.

There are no daily charges when using our service. The advertised rate stays the same, no matter what the time of day you call, or which mobile provider you are using.

It really couldn't be easier... and it certainly couldn't be cheaper!

Calls to 0161 328 2820 are included in your monthly minutes, or are charged at your mobile provider's standard rate. Please note that you have to top up your phone with Planet Numbers SMS service before using this number. Using this number without Planet Numbers credit and you will be paying the regular charge for international calls from your mobile. Please note that credit is valid for no longer than 60 days.

Save the numbers you call regularly to your mobile phone, and include the international access number to make calling faster and simpler!

  Enter our access number on your phone (don't press send).
  Press and hold * (star) for 2 seconds times to show a comma (this will cause dialling to pause).
  Now enter the PIN sent to you in the text reply from us
  Press and hold * (star) a further 2 seconds to show a comma (this will cause dialling to pause).
  Enter the international phone number - including international dialling (00) codes.
  Save the number to your phone.
• For Nokia phones:
  Enter our access number on your phone (don't press send).
  Press * (star) three times to show 'P' (this will cause dialling to pause).
  Now enter the PIN sent to you in the text reply from us

The Small Print

Persons under the age of 18 may use the service, but must obtain the bill payers permission before calling.
Callers should replace the handset after a short period if they hear an engaged or unanswered ringing tone. A charge from your mobile network may be incurred for calling our access number, even if the destination number is engaged or the call is not answered.

Standard Terms of Service

Any texts sent to 68888 are charged at your service provider's standard SMS rate and will be billed by them to the account holder for that line.

The return message you receive will cost £5 (inclusive of 20% VAT) from o2, Vodafone, Orange, T Mobile and 3G billed to the account holder for that line. Always make sure you have the bill payer's permission before you use this service. We will credit you with calling credit (as per above, value dependent on mobile network) and issue a pin to that value with a UK geographic landline telephone number to access the service. Please note that all PINs will expire 60 days from date of original purchase.

Calls to the UK Geographical Landline number (0161 328 2820) will be charged as per your mobile network price plan to a UK Geographical landline, or may be part of your monthly inclusive minutes allowance. Please check with your service provider to confirm this.

Calls are charged by the minute and subject to a 5p connection charge on all calls (all quoted prices are inclusive of VAT, and apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week when using the 01 access number). Rates are effective from 01.10.2012 and may be subject to change without notice. A maximum purchase of £30 per day per SIM card (mobile telephone number) applies. We reserve the right to terminate any call if we consider it is being made unlawfully or fraudulently and also to suspend any pins that we feel have been potentially purchased fraudulently. In this case any outstanding calling credit will be cancelled and will not be refunded. The service is subject to availability. E&OE.
