Top up your phone

To benefit, simply top up your mobile first: you pay us a deposit of £5 by sending the word PLANET as a text message, to the number 87887 from the mobile you want to use for your overseas calls.

Then dial 0116 329 7007. You'll hear a quick greeting and your current calling balance. Now enter your international number starting with 00 as normal. Please do not press "send" again, or you may get charged for two calls, one to the 0116 number, and one to the international number.

Once you've used up your £5 of calling credit, simply text us again to stay topped up. We will not automatically re-subscribe you.

There are no daily charges or any connection charges when using our service. The advertised rate stays the same, no matter what the time of day you call, or which service provider you are using.

It really couldn't be simpler... and it certainly couldn't be cheaper!

* Calls to 0116 329 7007 are included in your monthly minutes, or are charged at your mobile provider's standard rate. Please note that you have to top up your phone with Planet Numbers SMS service before using this number. Using this number without Planet Numbers credit and you will be paying the regular charge for international calls from your mobile. Please note that credit is valid for no longer than 60 days.

Make calling overseas from your mobile quick and easy - just follow these simple steps:

• Dial the access number: 0116 329 7007
• At the prompt dial your PIN (provided in the confirmation SMS)
• Dial your international number, starting 00 as normal (remember not to press SEND again)

Save the numbers you call regularly to your mobile phone, and include the international access number to make calling faster and simpler!

• For Nokia phones:
  Enter the access number on your phone (don't press send).
  Press * (star) three times to show 'P' (this will cause dialling to pause).
  Now enter the PIN sent to you in the text reply from us
  Press * (star) three times to show 'P' (this will cause dialling to pause).
  Enter the international phone number - including international dialling (00) codes.
  Save the number to your phone.
• For Siemens and Panasonic phones
  Enter the access number into your phone (don't press send).
  Press and hold '0' to show '+' (this will cause dialling to pause).
  Now enter the PIN sent to you in the text reply from us
  Press and hold '0' to show '+' (this will cause dialling to pause).
  Enter the international phone number - including international dialling (00) codes.
  Save the number to your phone.
• For Motorola and Sony Ericsson handsets:
  Enter the access number into your phone (don't press send).
  Press and hold * to show 'P' (this will cause dialling to pause).
  Now enter the PIN sent to you in the text reply from us
  Press and hold '0' to show '+' (this will cause dialling to pause).
  Enter the international phone number - including international dialling (00) codes.
  Save the number to your phone.
