Here at Planet Numbers, we think all our customer have the right to know who runs their services. When you take out a service with us, we think it’s very important to know who you’re speaking to so here is a list of all our key members of staff and exactly what they can do for you.

Robin James – Managing Director
Robin started the business in 1999 and since then, has never looked back. Robin now owns the UKs leading provider in memorable and unique 0845 0844 0800 and 03 telephone numbers. After ten years, the business now needs highly dedicated staff to deal with the popularity of the company and the increasing amount of enquiries that follows.

John Kenward – Office Manager
John is the longest serving member of the Planet Numbers team and ensures the smooth running of the business. If things go wrong, John will be on hand to solve any issues. Taking a back seat from the sales side, John is able to focus on making sure that all your numbers are working as they should and constantly strives to ensure that the business is always improving for the staff and most importantly, the customers.

Chris Sims – Account Manager
Chris manages new and existing customers, making sure that their experience with Planet Numbers is the best it can possibly be. Chris will constantly be on hand to deal with any queries or issues a customer might have regarding their telephone numbers and services. With endless knowledge on all the possible services your telephone number can offer, you can rest assured that your service is in the best possible hands.

Jason Bassett – Account Manager
Jason is one of the newest members of the Planet Numbers teams but you certainly wouldn’t have guessed it. Jason instantly impressed with his great customer service skills and problem management. He manages over 300 Planet Numbers accounts with ease and with great product knowledge, if you have a query about your number or if you need something changing, Jason can action it in a flash.

Alex Deutsch – Manager of Cheap International Calls
With Planet Numbers constantly expanding, Alex was employed to manage any queries or issues regarding our cheap international telephone service. There’s not much Alex doesn’t know about cheap international calls so if a customer has any queries regarding the service, Alex will be able to solve it. As the writer and maintainer of the Planet Numbers Blog, Alex makes sure everyone knows all the breaking telecommunications news as it happens. He also makes a great cup of tea.

Accounts Department

Dawn Sutcliffe
Dawn is always on hand to answer any billing queries you might have and makes sure that payment for numbers goes through seamlessly. Dawn is responsible for making sure that all customer’s payments are up-to-date and is a vital member of the Planet Numbers team.

Karen Venn
Karen is responsible for making sure that all the invoices and payments are recorded and sent out correctly. If there’s an issue with any kind of payment then Karen is the best person to talk to. Another of our longest serving members, Karen knows all there is to know about the billing aspects of the business.
